Legian Bali 1999 was my very first surf. But I mainly took up surfing at my home break.

My mum and 2 neighbours, big Mic and Dave.

My mum told us “if you ever get in to trouble out in the surf wave your hand in the air”.. it happened to my sister and she didn’t save her, she just waved back.
